Having been excluded from school himself, he knows what it feels like to be written off before you’ve even had the chance to prove who you really are. Those early setbacks, instead of holding him back, became the foundation of his drive, shaping the skills and empathy that now define his work.

Through determination and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Chris went on to build a successful career in business. Over the years, he has created and managed several thriving enterprises, most notably CRN Commercial Solutions, a company recognised for its professionalism, growth, and commitment to quality. His ability to turn obstacles into opportunities has become a hallmark of his leadership style, inspiring both colleagues and young people alike.

Despite his business success, Chris has never forgotten his roots or the struggles he faced as a young person navigating a system not built for him. That lived experience fuels his belief that every young person deserves a genuine chance — not judgement, not labels, and certainly not exclusion.

This conviction ultimately led Chris to personally invest in Creating Futures Together, playing an integral role in its development and growth.
